2010-Vow to lose weight
Many people are in the same boat as me when you look in the mirror. You don't like what you see and wonder to yourself how did I let myself get this bad. You vow to yourself that your going to change and brainstorm all the ways to do it. You're going to change the way you eat, get in more exercise, and commit to a gym. If your anything like me, you tend to want to tackle it all and see results tomorrow or you're going to give up. I also guilt myself if I eat something off the "bad food" list and because I messed up, I can eat whatever I want for today and try again tomorrow. Well, my ways of doing things aren't working and I have been yo-yo-ing back and forth. I am ready to make a change but I need to realize that results will come steadily if I stick to it. Commit to 1 change and when you have mastered that, add something else. Praise your mini goals and keep at it. Find support and don't allow yourself to make up an excuse. If you are a success story or have tips to share, I would love to hear them!
